The Senior Management & Development Advisor at TenneT plays a pivotal role in supporting the Offshore leadership team and driving the energy transition. Day-to-day, you will manage central support tasks, optimize governance structures, and facilitate communication between leadership and business partners. You will act as a strategic sparring partner to the Offshore Director, overseeing performance reporting, budget planning, and the execution of business-critical projects. Additionally, you will represent the company to external stakeholders, including the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA).
