As a Biologist in this role, you will play a key part in the operational success of our accredited medical laboratory. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include organizing departmental tasks, supervising technical staff, and evaluating and approving measurement protocols. You will be instrumental in assessing new tests for routine use, managing quality controls, and conducting laboratory comparisons. Additionally, you will serve as a primary contact for our clients, providing expert answers to their inquiries and drafting technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
