Job Summary
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, programming, and implementing data-driven solutions for clients in sectors such as automotive and energy. Your day-to-day responsibilities include modeling scalable data structures, developing and optimizing ETL/ELT processes, and creating intuitive, high-impact dashboards and reports. You will act as a bridge between technical requirements and business needs, collaborating closely with consultants to translate complex data into actionable insights. The position requires a strong foundation in data modeling and SQL, along with a proactive approach to maintaining data quality and system performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, multifunctional team environment that values innovation and continuous professional development. You will work with state-of-the-art technologies and contribute to meaningful projects within a modern, creative workspace in Osnabrück, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a BI environment, ranging from entry-level to several years of experience.
- Practical experience or strong interest in working with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in collaborating within multifunctional teams of consultants and developers.
