Job Summary

As a Scrum Master for DB Fernverkehr AG, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile processes and ensuring the success of project teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and moderating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Furthermore, you will lead workshops and cross-team meetings to promote effective knowledge transfer.
