Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Administration or Economics (minimum 6 semesters standard study period) OR successfully completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Employee Course II), preferably with several years of professional experience. Certification as a Municipal Accountant (Kommunale Bilanzbuchhalter/in) or Municipal Digitalization Manager (Kommunale Digitalisierungsmanager/in) is a plus.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative work, especially in finance, accounting, and procurement
- Experience with the newsystem accounting software by Axians Infoma, or willingness to acquire it quickly
- Professional experience in public administration, evidenced by work certificates or completed training as a Municipal Accountant
- Experience in the digitalization of administrative processes, evidenced by work certificates or completed training as a Municipal Digitalization Manager (desirable)
