Job Summary

As a Service & Application Owner for Data Warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable, high-performance operation of central data platforms, including ETL processes, batch and streaming tasks, and data quality management. You will act as the primary contact for DWH-related incidents, managing complex 3rd-level troubleshooting, release coordination, and change management. A core part of your daily work involves managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, analytics, and external partners. You will champion agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum to drive iterative service improvements.
