As an IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include the administration, optimization, and maintenance of client and server systems, as well as the configuration of end-user workstations. You will act as a key point of contact for 1st and 2nd-level support, troubleshooting technical issues and managing user accounts and access permissions. Additionally, you will serve as a bridge between internal operations and external IT partners. The position requires a structured and service-oriented approach to documentation and system management.
