Job Summary
As a PLC Specialist, you will be responsible for the programming of machine controls and the continuous development of automation concepts, specifically within the field of special-purpose machinery. Your daily tasks include creating parameter lists, maintaining comprehensive functional documentation, and performing on-site commissioning and maintenance of systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation and a willingness to travel across Europe approximately twice a year. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (apprenticeship or HTL equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Automation Technology.
Experience
- Completed technical vocational training or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Automation Technology
- Professional experience in a relevant field is preferred, ideally within special-purpose machine construction
Languages
Additional
- Must be willing to travel across Europe (approximately twice annually). Valid work permit for the location is required.
