Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software concepts for production and test systems within a highly automated EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment. Your day-to-day work involves designing efficient solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, integrating robotics, vision systems, and smart industrial equipment. You will also be tasked with maintaining and scaling existing software solutions to ensure quality and standardization. Key requirements include a strong technical background in Computer Science or Software Engineering, proficiency in Python, and experience with database systems. This position is ideal for an innovative professional who enjoys applying modern technologies like AI and automation in a hands-on industrial setting. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in software development for production or test systems
- Experience in industrial automation and shopfloor environments
- Experience working with database systems and industrial software interfaces
- Experience with AI applications or data analysis in a technical context
