Job Summary
The LWL-Regionalzentrum Schule und Bildung Soest is seeking a dedicated State-Certified Technician to join their technical services team as a foreman/forewoman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily technical operations, planning staff assignments, and providing support to the technical management team. Your day-to-day duties will include performing complex maintenance tasks, ensuring facility safety, managing locking systems, and handling administrative tasks such as invoice processing and deputy management functions. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in electrical engineering or HVAC systems who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities. Required Skills
Education
State-certified technician (Staatl. gepr. Techniker) in electrical engineering or HVAC, or a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification with equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience as a state-certified technician, preferably in electrical engineering or HVAC
- Professional experience in a leadership or foreman capacity
- Experience in facility maintenance and technical service operations
- Experience with technical inspections and safety standards (DIN VDE, HVAC regulations)
