In this role, you will be part of an operation center responsible for monitoring and maintaining the nationwide network infrastructure for DB InfraGO AG. Your daily tasks include monitoring firewalls, servers, virtualization environments, switches, and operating systems to ensure secure operational management. You will act as the first point of contact for incident management, performing initial assessments, documenting issues in a ticket system, and initiating troubleshooting procedures according to established guidelines. You will also coordinate with maintainers and administrators and adjust monitoring parameters as needed.
