Job Summary
As the Head of the Project Management and Data Analysis Department for the City of Wiesbaden, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the administration utilizes data for economic and strategic decision-making. You will lead a central unit responsible for overseeing complex, cross-departmental projects, managing municipal grant funding, and establishing a robust, KPI-based reporting system. Required Skills
Education
Qualification for the higher civil service (Höherer Dienst) or a completed scientific university degree (Master/Diploma) relevant to the position.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in project management, controlling, or data analysis, ideally within the public or municipal sector.
- Long-term leadership experience in managing diverse teams and driving organizational development.
- Proven multi-year experience in applying both classical and agile project management methodologies.
