As a Patent Attorney specializing in Physics at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in Frankfurt, you will play a pivotal role in the protection of intellectual property. Your daily responsibilities include advising clients on patent and design matters, representing them in proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), and drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications on both national and international levels. - Professional experience as a qualified Patent Attorney before the German or European Patent Office
- Experience in the field of physics or information technology
- Initial experience with patent infringement matters
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff or patent engineers
