Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training related to the maintenance or repair of railway systems. Possession of or willingness to obtain certifications for Self-Protector, Safety Post, Safety Supervisor, and Safety Monitor.

Experience

  • Professional experience in railway infrastructure maintenance or repair.
  • At least 2 years of experience in track-side operations specifically as a Self-Protector or Safety Supervisor.
  • Experience in safety planning or related technical coordination is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently and maintain structured, reliable workflows in a safety-critical environment.
