Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer in Special Purpose Machinery, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing control systems for complex custom machinery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include programming PLC systems, implementing HMI and SCADA interfaces, and conducting commissioning of machines both in-house and at international client sites. You will collaborate closely with electrical design, mechanical engineering, and project management teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions. The role requires a strong technical background in automation or electrical engineering and hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal. Required Skills
Education
Completed advanced training as a technician (Techniker) or a degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming
- Experience in special purpose machinery construction is preferred
- Experience in the commissioning of machines and systems
Languages
Additional
- Must be willing to travel for international commissioning tasks. Valid work permit for Germany is required.
