Job Summary

This role is based within the Legal Department at Charité, focusing on the administration and continuous development of the organization's Contract Management System (CMS). You will play a pivotal role in harmonizing contract processes across the institution, transitioning toward AI-supported systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining the contract registry, managing data quality in alignment with SAP systems, and acting as a Key User to optimize electronic workflows for contract creation and digital signatures. You will also provide training and support to users, contribute to process standardization, and develop controlling instruments and dashboards for monitoring contract lifecycles and deadlines. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at the intersection of administrative management, data integrity, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in an interdisciplinary environment, contributing to the modernization of legal operations within a major academic medical institution.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training (kaufmännische Berufsausbildung) or equivalent qualification. A degree in Business Law (wirtschaftsrechtliches Studium) is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in contract management and administrative processes.
  • Experience in managing data quality and standardization requirements.
  • Experience working with SAP systems and contract management software.
  • Experience in a Key User or advisory capacity within a corporate or legal environment.
