Job Summary
The Process Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in the 'Object Management' department of the Frankfurt city administration, focusing on the professional steering and optimization of internal processes. You will be responsible for modeling complex processes using AdonisNP and BPMN, conducting IST-analyses, and ensuring quality assurance across the department's process landscape. A key part of your day-to-day work involves coordinating internal and external interfaces, developing target states (Soll-Zustand), and managing risk assessments to implement preventive measures. Additionally, you will maintain the department's SharePoint environment and provide support to users. This position requires a strong background in public administration, combined with excellent analytical and moderation skills to lead working groups and report to executive management.
