Job Summary

As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues within our IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. You will act as a bridge between 1st and 3rd level support, ensuring seamless operations while documenting processes and contributing to infrastructure projects like migrations and rollouts. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise in operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams.
