Job Summary
The Wirtschaftsbetrieb Hagen is seeking a hands-on Master Electrician to join their operations and workshops department. In this role, you will lead a small team of two while actively participating in daily technical operations, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of energy systems. Key responsibilities include planning future electrical projects, conducting safety inspections according to VDE and DGUV standards, and participating in on-call emergency services. This role is ideal for a communicative and proactive professional who enjoys a mix of leadership and practical, on-site technical work in diverse environments such as wastewater facilities and public infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Electrical Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in repair and maintenance of electrical systems
- Professional experience in building installation
- Professional experience in testing and measuring electrical equipment
- Practical experience in project planning
- Leadership experience is considered an asset

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required; willingness to acquire Class C/CE licenses. Must possess a valid work permit for Germany. Ability to participate in on-call duty. Proficiency in German (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) as per official administrative language requirements.
