Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing electronic data interchange (EDI) processes within a food production environment. You will be responsible for coordinating EDI workflows with retail and wholesale partners, overseeing external service providers, and ensuring the seamless exchange of critical business documents such as orders, invoices, and shipping notifications. A key part of your day-to-day work will involve monitoring iDoc management in SAP S/4HANA, troubleshooting data flow errors, and connecting new communication partners via the AS2 protocol. You will collaborate closely with internal departments like logistics, sales, and finance to refine processes and improve efficiency.
