Job Summary

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Production Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing production and manufacturing processes for our clients. You will translate business needs into robust solution concepts, utilizing the 'COSMO Success by Design' methodology. Your day-to-day work involves guiding clients through end-to-end D365 implementations, defining work packages and user stories, and bridging the gap between standard functionality and custom requirements. You will facilitate workshops, train key users, and actively integrate AI-driven tools to enhance analytical precision and decision-making. This role offers the unique opportunity to act as a subject matter expert within a collaborative environment, driving innovation in ERP processes without direct disciplinary leadership responsibilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring project quality from the initial analysis phase through to go-live and stabilization, all while contributing to the continuous development of internal standards and methodologies.
