Job Summary

As the Head of the Renewable Energy Campus at Rexel Germany, you will spearhead the growth and strategic development of the company's renewable energy business unit. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, pricing strategies, and the expansion of service offerings including photovoltaics, large-scale storage, and heat pumps. Day-to-day, you will lead a team of nine, manage key system partnerships, and ensure the campus serves as a hub for technical consultation and knowledge transfer. The role requires a strong focus on KPI-driven management and reporting directly to the CSO. This position is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about the energy transition, offering the opportunity to shape the future of a major electrical wholesaler while working in a collaborative, modern environment. You will drive business performance while fostering strong relationships with industry partners and clients across Germany.

Required Skills

Education

Technical degree (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on Electrical Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), or Renewable Energy.

Experience

  • 7-8 years of professional experience in the sales of technical products or services, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • 4-5 years of leadership experience in a management position with P&L (result) responsibility.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales of complex technical solutions, including key account management and market development.
