As a Nuclear Instrumentation Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and design of systems dedicated to nuclear measurement and monitoring technology. Your day-to-day tasks involve creating technical specifications, managing requirements using tools like DOORS or Polarion, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and KTA. You will coordinate quality assurance measures, conduct technical reviews, and support commissioning tests using automation software like LabVIEW. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning and executing R&D and customer projects
  • Practical experience in testing fields or power plant facilities, specifically regarding functional testing and maintenance
  • Experience in nuclear measurement technology or process instrumentation is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design of Excore neutron flux instrumentation and particle detectors is desirable
