Job Summary
As a Measurement Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality standards by measuring stamped and plastic parts, as well as inspection gauges. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing measurement strategies and clamping concepts, managing coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and profile projectors, and creating tactile and optical measurement programs for series production. You will analyze and document results, perform capability studies, and manage the calibration and monitoring of inspection equipment. Additionally, you will train staff on measurement topics and support optimization efforts regarding inspection processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to contribute to high-level engineering projects within a collaborative environment that offers long-term development opportunities.
Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training with further education in measurement technology or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in tactile and/or optical measurement
- Practical experience in programming and operating 3D coordinate measuring systems
- Experience in interpreting technical drawings and applying form and position tolerances
Languages
Additional
- Valid work permit for Germany required.
