Job Summary
As an IT System Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and installing specialized IT systems for the hospitality sector across Germany. Based at our headquarters in Hürth, you will be responsible for the end-to-end integration and maintenance of diverse technologies, including LAN/WLAN infrastructures, Digital Signage, IPTV, and smart building controls. Your day-to-day work involves configuring hardware, managing network components, performing site surveys, and providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support to our clients and partners. You will also be tasked with maintaining internal IT equipment, documenting network configurations, and utilizing remote support tools to ensure seamless operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys project-based work, troubleshooting complex network environments, and collaborating with a dynamic team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with high-profile hardware brands and provides a flexible, project-oriented environment where your technical expertise in network design and systems administration will directly impact the guest experience in hotels and hospitality venues.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification; career changers with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or a comparable technical field
- Demonstrated experience in the administration and configuration of network hardware
- Practical experience in network design, planning, and infrastructure management
- Experience in providing remote customer support and using ticketing systems
