Job Summary
As a Maintenance Electrician at our client's site in Mönchengladbach, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of highly automated production facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex electrical systems and machinery. You will conduct preventive maintenance, resolve production downtime, and assist in technical upgrades and modifications to improve manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong background in industrial electronics or automation technology, specifically with experience in adjusting and modifying PLC programs using Siemens TIA-Portal. You will be expected to work independently, interpret technical schematics accurately, and collaborate effectively within a team. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering or Automation Technology, Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in industrial maintenance is preferred
- Practical experience in the modification and adjustment of PLC programs
- Demonstrated ability to work with electrical schematics and technical documentation in a production environment
