Job Summary

As an IT Operations Specialist in the aerospace sector in Bremen, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing complex IT infrastructures. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing virtualization environments (VMware, Nutanix HCI), overseeing server and capacity management, and administering Citrix environments, including ADC/NetScaler. You will also be responsible for security management, encompassing patch management (WSUS, Trellix) and disaster recovery planning. Beyond technical operations, you will manage internal IT technicians, coordinate with subcontractors, and help develop IT policies and SLAs.
