As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure within a modern utility company. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components, as well as proactive monitoring of security systems, including firewalls, antivirus, and backup solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring network stability and IT security while providing technical support to users and troubleshooting complex system issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate technical documentation and performing rigorous update testing in dedicated environments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components
- Demonstrated experience in network administration and IT security
- Proven ability to perform system error analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience in managing and monitoring IT infrastructure systems
