Job Summary

As a Research Associate for the KOLLEKT project at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in researching sustainable circular economy ecosystems within the automotive industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting experiments on the artificial aging of recycled materials under various thermal and optical stresses, analyzing these samples, and interpreting the results. You will act as a representative of the university, collaborating closely with high-profile industry partners like FORVIA HELLA and BMW, as well as the Fraunhofer IEM. Beyond laboratory work, you will manage project-related organizational tasks such as budget planning and procurement, while documenting and presenting your research findings. This position is ideal for someone looking to contribute to cutting-edge sustainability research, with the unique potential to transition into a PhD program following the project's conclusion in 2029.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Master's, Diploma, or PhD) in Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
