Job Summary
As an Electrical Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end development of training equipment and simulation systems for both military and civilian sectors. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing functional requirements, creating technical specifications, and designing electrical components and assemblies. You will oversee the entire lifecycle from initial proposal to final delivery, ensuring adherence to technical standards, budgets, and timelines. A key aspect of this role is the interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills. You will also be responsible for system maintenance, product care for new and existing systems, and providing technical support across departments. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Proven experience in the development and design of electronic devices or systems
- Experience in switch cabinet planning and construction
- Experience in electrical design for large server systems or rooms is considered a plus
- Initial experience or exposure to the military sector is considered an advantage
