Job Summary

As a Quality Management Representative in our Göttingen laboratory, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing laboratory quality, managing deviations, and handling complaints. You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving GMP-relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with laboratory hygiene standards. Furthermore, you will manage statutory reporting to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and facilitate internal training and site inspections (GEMBA Walks). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in structured environments and is committed to advancing quality management systems. You will work within a dedicated team, contributing to a secure and quality-focused operational environment.
