Job Summary
As a Junior IT Consultant at blu Systems GmbH, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and maintaining modern cloud and hybrid infrastructures for mid-sized and large enterprises. Working closely with senior consultants, you will progressively take on independent project responsibilities and provide high-level 2nd and 3rd-level support. Your day-to-day work involves managing Microsoft 365 migrations, configuring Intune for modern device management, and implementing security baselines and Zero-Trust architectures. You will also contribute to IT governance, automation of operational processes, and troubleshooting complex technical issues within Windows and Linux environments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT or a university degree in an IT-related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in user support
- Professional experience in troubleshooting IT issues
- Professional experience in the configuration and administration of Microsoft systems
- Experience in supporting the implementation and integration of Microsoft solutions is considered an advantage
