Job Summary
As a Team Leader for Electrical Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our production facilities in Schwarzenbach am Wald. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing technical leadership to a team of mechanics and mechatronics technicians, overseeing the execution of maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks for machinery and building infrastructure. You will act as the primary coordinator for external service providers and actively contribute to technical projects, including system upgrades and modernization efforts. Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant safety standards, regulations, and guidelines is a core aspect of this role. We are looking for a qualified master craftsman (Elektromeister or Industriemeister) with strong expertise in complex industrial systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training and certification as an Electrical Master (Elektromeister) or Industrial Master Mechatronics (Industriemeister Mechatronik).

- Proven expertise in managing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
