As an IT Service Technician (2nd Level), you will play a vital role in supporting the digital infrastructure of a leading IT company in Wolfsburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing 1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd level support tickets, performing hardware installations and imaging, and facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of employees. You will provide technical support for printers, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and Windows 10 environments managed via Intune, while also assisting with project-based tasks like multi-factor authentication rollouts. Additionally, you will manage user accounts, mailboxes, and permissions in Azure AD and contribute to the internal knowledge base. This position is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with a background in system integration or technical support who enjoys a collaborative, international work environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in user support and ticket management processes.
