Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) or Medical Laboratory Assistant (MTA-L) to join our modern fertility center specializing in reproductive medicine and gynecological endocrinology. In this role, you will work within our hormone, andrology, and IVF laboratories, performing essential diagnostic tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting andrological examinations, supporting IVF laboratory procedures, and managing hormone laboratory workflows, all while maintaining precise documentation and ensuring high standards of quality assurance. The ideal candidate is a qualified laboratory professional who is detail-oriented, structured, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
