Job Summary
As a Field Service IT Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational stability of our clients' IT infrastructures across Germany. Your daily responsibilities include the onsite installation, maintenance, and servicing of IT systems, as well as the ongoing development and documentation of network and communication structures. You will act as a primary troubleshooter, performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions for technical issues. This role requires a professional with strong hardware knowledge and expertise in Windows client and server environments. You will be expected to work independently, manage your schedule effectively, and maintain a high level of customer-facing professionalism. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or equivalent.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in hardware maintenance and server administration
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage onsite client projects
- Proven driving experience with a valid Class B driver's license
