Job Summary

As a Field Service IT Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational stability of our clients' IT infrastructures across Germany. Your daily responsibilities include the onsite installation, maintenance, and servicing of IT systems, as well as the ongoing development and documentation of network and communication structures. You will act as a primary troubleshooter, performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions for technical issues. This role requires a professional with strong hardware knowledge and expertise in Windows client and server environments. You will be expected to work independently, manage your schedule effectively, and maintain a high level of customer-facing professionalism.
