Job Summary
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees within a dynamic catering company. Your daily tasks include managing administrative HR processes, maintaining employee master data, handling reporting and certification requirements, and serving as a key point of contact for tax and social security inquiries. You will also support the broader HR team with organizational tasks and various internal projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values a collaborative, family-like work environment. The position offers significant flexibility, including part-time hours (20 hours/week), flextime, and the option for up to 40% remote work. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training (kaufmännische Ausbildung), ideally with a focus on HR or payroll accounting.
Experience
- Professional experience in payroll accounting and HR administration
- Demonstrated experience in handling tax, labor, and social security law requirements
- Experience working with MS Office and professional payroll software systems
