Job Summary
As a Salesforce CRM Product Owner at DVS TECHNOLOGY AG, you will serve as the pivotal link between the IT department and key business units, including Sales, Marketing, and Service. Your primary responsibility is to drive the strategic evolution of the Salesforce platform by managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, and translating complex requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories. You will lead agile ceremonies, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee release planning to ensure the CRM environment effectively supports organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital processes within a leading international system provider for surface machining. You will work in a collaborative, modern environment with a focus on process optimization and change management. The position requires a blend of technical Salesforce expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to facilitate communication between diverse stakeholders to deliver high-impact CRM solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Relevant degree in Business Informatics, Digital Business, or Economics (with a focus on Sales/Marketing), or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or Industrial Clerk.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce environment, either in a technical capacity or within CRM/Sales operations
- Professional experience in the role of a Product Owner or similar functional leadership position
- Experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and structuring epics
- Practical experience with agile development methodologies
