Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support, managing requests via phone and ticketing systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices. You will be responsible for managing user accounts, including permissions and security settings, while ensuring all support processes are meticulously documented. A key aspect of the position is building professional relationships with users, prioritizing incoming tickets, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who excels at problem-solving and clear communication. You will work across multiple locations, requiring a proactive, structured approach to maintaining organizational IT stability. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 3 years of professional experience in technical IT support
- Experience in using ticketing systems for issue tracking
- Experience in cross-functional troubleshooting and error analysis
- Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Experience in managing user permissions and security settings

- Valid driver's license required for travel between Leverkusen and Düren locations. MCSA Windows 10/11 certification is required.
