Job Summary
The Institute for Sports Facility Testing (ISP GmbH) is seeking a Technical Specialist to join their team in Münster. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of testing sports flooring systems, including sports halls, athletics tracks, and artificial turf. Your daily activities will involve preparing, conducting, and documenting suitability tests, performing technical inspections, and calibrating testing equipment. You will also contribute to the development and validation of new testing methodologies and support standardization efforts at the DIN and CEN levels. This position is ideal for someone with a background in laboratory or materials testing who enjoys a mix of office-based analytical work and occasional field assignments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Materials Tester, Physics/Chemistry/Biology Laboratory Technician, or a comparable technical/scientific assistant qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in laboratory or materials testing
- Experience in physical or chemical testing and measurement technology is preferred
- Experience in technical inspections and equipment calibration
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness for occasional field service/travel. Work authorization for Germany is required.
