Job Summary

The Leibniz Institute for Prevention Research and Epidemiology (BIPS) is seeking a Computer Scientist to join their Research Data Infrastructures and Data Science department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining research data infrastructure systems and AI-supported data management solutions. Your day-to-day work will involve conceptualizing infrastructure improvements, supporting the planning of research projects, contributing to research grant applications in areas like Open Data and Research Software, and documenting findings through scientific publications. You will also manage projects and coordinate with interdisciplinary partners. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of IT and scientific research, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact epidemiological studies. Required Skills
