Job Summary
As a Component Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end development of mechatronic products, taking concepts from initial sketches through to mass production. Your daily responsibilities include designing circuits, selecting components, and executing EMC-compliant PCB layouts, alongside hands-on prototyping, testing, and debugging. You will act as a key technical interface, coordinating with external suppliers and service providers to ensure manufacturing readiness. This position is ideal for an inventive and structured engineer who thrives on practical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration within a high-tech environment. You will work closely with hardware, firmware, and mechatronics teams to bring innovative product ideas to life. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University degree).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in hardware and embedded development.
- Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design and simulation.
- Demonstrated experience in EMC-compliant PCB design, signal processing, and measurement technology.
- Experience managing technical interfaces with suppliers and external service providers.

Additional
- Must be eligible to work in the location (Gampern, Austria). High degree of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset required.
