As a Process Engineer at Dr. Ausbüttel GmbH & Co. KG, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product design and serial production. You will act as the technical project lead, steering the design transfer process while managing timelines, milestones, and process risks. Required Skills
Education
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Production Technology, or Manufacturing Technology; alternatively, vocational training in a medical-technical field (e.g., Medical Technology, Mechanical Engineering). Lean Six Sigma (at least Green Belt) is mandatory.
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in leading international projects and interdisciplinary teams.
- Professional experience in process development and optimization, specifically in process design and integration of manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical field (required if holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree).
- Experience with 'roll-to-roll' processes is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in project controlling and reporting.

Additional
- Must hold Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Willingness to travel internationally 1-2 times per month. Understanding of MDR and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
