This role involves managing the operational aspects of building services within a major university hospital environment in Berlin. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and continuous improvement of building operations while adhering to all legal and technical regulations. A key aspect of this position is acting as the responsible operations manager for drinking water hygiene and maintaining registration with local network operators. You will oversee technical inspections, coordinate with regulatory authorities, and optimize maintenance strategies, risk assessments, and hazard analyses. Required Skills

Education
