Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager for Electrical Engineering at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing construction site setups, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and facilitating project handovers in collaboration with commissioning and project management teams. You will also be responsible for HSE documentation and supporting maintenance activities. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (Master/Technician/Degree) in electrical engineering and brings significant experience in construction site management, ideally within plant engineering. Familiarity with medium-voltage systems is highly valued. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Engineer, supplemented by further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electrical, electronic, or mechatronic fields.
  • Professional experience in construction site management, preferably in plant engineering.
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems and switching operations.
