Job Summary

As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of people and businesses by maintaining advanced security systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm systems (BMA), as well as performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You will also manage technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams and site sketches, and conduct testing according to relevant safety standards. A key part of this role involves direct interaction with customers, including on-site training and system briefings. You will also participate in an on-call service rotation to ensure rapid response times.
