As a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) specializing in Lab Automation, you will play a pivotal role in the Bioanalytics Operations department of a leading pharmaceutical company in Ludwigshafen. Your daily responsibilities involve the technical support and operation of laboratory automation systems, planning and executing bioanalytical methods—specifically ligand-binding assays and ECL technology—for protein quantification. You will be responsible for integrating new methods into existing automation workflows, managing general laboratory processes, and ensuring strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining compliant documentation, including SOPs, test plans, and reports.
