Job Summary

As a Development Engineer (m/w/d) in Electrical Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing training equipment and systems for both military and civilian applications. Your daily responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial proposal and technical requirements analysis to final delivery. You will be responsible for creating technical specifications, developing electrical components and assemblies, and designing wiring diagrams and construction bills of materials. A core part of your role involves interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet strict quality, timeline, and budgetary standards. You will also provide technical support for existing systems and new developments. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in project-based environments and enjoys working on complex, international systems. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in the development and design of electronic devices and systems.
  • Professional experience in electrical engineering and system development.
  • Experience in the military sector is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in the electrical design of large server systems or server rooms is desirable.
