As a Laboratory Technician in the food industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality control. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing, evaluating, and documenting microbiological and chemical-physical laboratory tests on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products. You will support the laboratory management in implementing and maintaining quality management systems, optimizing testing methods, and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the food industry or as a biological/chemical laboratory technician (or equivalent professional experience).

Experience

  • Proven ability to work independently, accurately, and reliably in a laboratory environment
  • Proficiency in modern IT applications and laboratory documentation
