Job Summary
As a Team Lead for Energy Systems and Facility Management at Stadtwerke Verden, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the infrastructure that powers the region. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the operation of the company's main site, overseeing HVAC and sanitation systems, and directing facility services such as catering and cleaning. You will lead maintenance and construction projects, manage external service providers, and monitor budgets and timelines. Additionally, you will support the development of heat and power generation projects, manage remote meter reading systems, and contribute to technical operations at the water utility. This role requires a strong leader who is solution-oriented and capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician or in a comparable technical leadership role
- Experience in facility management and building services operations
- Proven track record in project management, including planning and implementation of construction or maintenance measures
- Experience in managing external service providers and contractors
- Experience in technical system monitoring and utility operations
